SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 10 at 2:00 PM—Join Ernest and his extraordinary composing partners, along with some very special guests, for this once-in-a-lifetime concert to support the effort to Rescind Recidivism. All profits from ticket sales will go towards developing programs that help those who’ve stumbled find their footing.
In 2018, Ernest and Kerrin started a writing program at the Belknap County Community Corrections Center and encountered men and women of all ages, most of whom shared one common goal: to fix what was broken in their lives and to earn a fresh start. Those of us on the outside can offer them the most essential element they may be missing—Hope. If you have a creative talent or business acumen you could share with those who desperately need to know that there’s a place for them when they’re released, a chance to find work, housing, acceptance, and a goal to focus on, you could literally save lives.
