HEAVENLY ANGLE, written and directed by and starring Ernest Thompson, will be featured at the first-ever River Town Film Festival, in Clinton, New Jersey. Immediately following the screening, Lakeshore Entertainment CFO Marc Reid will conduct a Q&A with Ernest, who will discuss his unique approach to community filmmaking.
With his partners in Whitebridge Farm Productions, Morgan Murphy and Lori Gigliotti Murphy, Ernest offered both HEAVENLY ANGLE and his first community film, TIME AND CHARGES, as On Location Training to anyone of any age and background interested in learning about every aspect of the filmmaking business. More than 800 people participated.
The co-founders of River Town were so taken with Ernest’s inclusive brand of community involvement that they built their entire festival around the theme of community.
HEAVENLY ANGLE has been an audience favorite, playing to nonstop laughter at the Woods Hole Film Festival, the Maine International Film Festival (MIFF), MIFF By-the-Sea and now an entirely new audience will get to go along for the ride.
